Located in Singapore’s Central District, Citi had opened its largest wealth advisory hub globally, dedicated to Citigold and Citigold Private Clients. We installed Fabrix™, Timberix™ and Ligkt™ across all three levels for the new wealth advisory hub.
The walls and ceilings of the meeting rooms were cladded with fabric acoustic panels which contains a fiberglass insulation. Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), ES 27S (Edge Snap, 27mm Height, Square Profile) and EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the construction of the acoustic panels. Ligkt™ stretch ceiling comes in micro-perforations which acts as an acoustic ceiling to absorb echoes.

Druce & Co Pte. Ltd. is a real estate agency specialising in brokering and managing real estate investments. The Singapore headquarters opened its doors in July 2022, and they are located in Suntec City Tower 3.
The acoustics of the space was designed to meet both noise criterion levels and RT60 targets. Fabrix profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile) and SS 27S (Side Snap, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the construction of the fabric acoustic cladding.

The Centre offers a one-stop range of clinical services to patients, conducts clinical and basic research, and develops public cancer information campaigns wholly directed at the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Timberix™ Grooved panels with custom grooves 28/3/13/3/28 cladded onto the walls of the boardroom. This ensures the echoes in the room achieve the required reverberation time for well articulated conversation.

JTC Defu Industrial City is a 7-storey business 2 development situated in the bustling eastern manufacturing belt, developed to support a wide variety of trades from warehousing to manufacturing.
The walls of the training rooms were cladded with Fabrix™ acoustic panels. Fabrix™ acoustic panels come installed with 1-inch fiberglass insulation, that has an NRC rating of 0.75. This helps to create an acoustical environment conducive for discussion and improve speech intelligibility.
Each panel is divided with gold-brass inlay and finished with an acoustically-transparent fabric. The client has thoughtfully selected a warm neutral fabric for a soothing backdrop in the meeting rooms.

The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) is the fourth autonomous university to be established in Singapore. The campus opened in January 2015, is located near the Changi Business Park, and is served by Upper Changi Station on the Downtown MRT Line.
The Buckminister Collaboration Space was refurnished in 2016. The acoustics of the space was designed to reduce echoes and reverberations so that students and teachers could have
intelligible conversations. Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), and EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the construction of the acoustic panels for both the walls and ceiling.

It was founded in 2004 by Fred Luddy, the previous CTO of software companies Peregrine Systems and Remedy Corporation. ServiceNow is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the Russell 1000 index.
The ServiceNow HQ in Singapore refurbished 18 of their meeting rooms and conference rooms to achieve better speech intelligibility. Aural-Aid was nominated to supply and install fabric system. Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), and EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the construction of the acoustic panels.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority is the national urban planning authority of Singapore, and a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development of the Singapore Government. The URA Centre was opened in 1999 by Lim Hng Kiang, who was National Development Minister at the time, and refurbished in 2016.

The showroom located at Siemens HQ in Singapore was designed to achieve acoustics specifications of Reveberation Time to decay 60 Decibels (RT60) time of 1.2 seconds.
The acoustic contractor Aural-Aid Pte Ltd has nominated both Fabrix™ and Timberix™ acoustic panels to achieve the required RT60 time.
Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile) and SS 27S (Side Snap, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the construction of the fabric acoustic cladding. The fabric system were cladded onto the front and dihedral corners of the room.
Timberix™ grooved panels with grooves 28/4, and red elm and PU matte lacquer finish were installed onto the walls and ceiling of the showroom to achieve the required reverberation time.

Aural-Aid was founded in 2013 in Singapore at Playfair Road. In 2016, the startup relocated to Oxley Bizhub and constructed a 2-level glass facade office. Fabrix™ was nominated to be used for the corridors and capsule beds achieve an acceptable RT60 time.

Staircases and hallways are often cladded with hard reflective surfaces that can create uncomfortable reverberations.
Perforated Timberix™ 16/16/6 in white oak veneer and aluminium perforated ceiling in matte black are installed on the walls of the hallway. This helps to minimise sound propagation while achieves an industrial and minimalistic surface finish.
