Located in Singapore’s Central District, Citi opened its largest global wealth advisory hub for Citigold and Citigold Private Clients. Spanning three levels, the space integrates Fabrix™, Timberix™, and Ligkt™ for comprehensive acoustic treatment.

Meeting room walls and ceilings were clad with fabric acoustic panels using Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S, ES 27S, and EL 27S. These panels include fiberglass acoustic insulation to support soundproofing and room acoustic treatment.

Ligkt™ stretch ceilings with micro-perforations function as acoustic ceilings, effectively reducing echoes. Together, these systems deliver high-performance acoustic panel construction and soundproofing in one of Singapore’s most advanced commercial spaces.

JTC Defu Industrial City is a 7-storey Business 2 development located in Singapore’s eastern manufacturing hub, designed to support a wide range of industries from warehousing to manufacturing.

Fabrix™ acoustic wall panels were installed in the training rooms to enhance room acoustic treatment and speech clarity. Each panel includes 1-inch fiberglass acoustic panels with an NRC rating of 0.75, effectively reducing reverberation and creating an environment conducive to discussion.

The panels are separated with gold-brass inlay and wrapped in acoustically-transparent fabric. A warm neutral tone was chosen to complement the interior design while maintaining high-performance acoustic panel construction aligned with soundproofing Singapore standards.

The showroom at Siemens HQ in Singapore was acoustically designed to achieve a Reverberation Time (RT60) of 1.2 seconds, ensuring optimal speech clarity and sound control within the space.

Aural-Aid Pte Ltd, the appointed acoustic contractor, specified both Fabrix™ and Timberix™ acoustic panels to meet the required RT60 specifications. Fabrix™ profiles ML 27S (Mid Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), EL 27S (Edge Load, 27mm Height, Square Profile), and SS 27S (Side Snap, 27mm Height, Square Profile) were used in the acoustic panel construction and cladded onto the front and dihedral corners for targeted acoustic treatment.

To further enhance room acoustic treatment and soundproofing performance, Timberix™ grooved panels with groove specifications 28/4 and a red elm PU matte lacquer finish were installed on the walls and ceiling. This installation supports architectural acoustic panels, acoustic ceiling insulation, and soundproofing Singapore standards in commercial interior environments.

Staircases and hallways are frequently clad with hard, reflective surfaces that contribute to excessive reverberation and poor acoustic performance.

To address this, Timberix™ perforated wood panels with 16/16/6 specifications in white oak veneer were installed alongside aluminium perforated ceiling tiles in matte black. These acoustic panels help minimise sound propagation, improving room acoustic treatment while supporting soundproofing Singapore standards. The combination also achieves a clean, industrial, and minimalistic finish—making it ideal for architectural acoustic panels, acoustic panel construction, and indoor cladding applications.

MOH Holdings (MOHH) is the holding company for Singapore’s public healthcare clusters, including the National University Health System, National Healthcare Group, and Singapore Health Services.

For this project, 9mm Polyx™ polyester acoustic panels were CNC-cut and bevelled to form a distinctive feature wall. The rigid structure of the panels allows precise laser-cutting of geometric shapes and patterns, making them ideal for acoustic panel construction, wall panels, and architectural acoustic panels. These polyester panels support room acoustic treatment and soundproofing technology while adding visual interest to healthcare environments.
